This tastefully modernised cottage is situated in an enviable position within a "stone's throw" of Portland Harbour, the home of the sailing events for the 2012 Olympic Games and home of  "the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy."  Ideally situated for Diving, Windsurfing and Fishing and just a few minutes' drive will take you to Weymouth with it's glorious award winning beach, and delightful old Harbour. Or maybe you'd prefer a day trip to the Channel Islands or St Malo, with the "Condor" ferries. Prices from: £300 - £725 per week (Friday to Friday bookings/ off season: Fri - Mon 3 night breaks & Mon - Fri 4 night breaks available)

Sleeping up to 6 persons over 3 floors, with one double and 2 twin rooms, a modern bathroom, lounge, kitchen and dining room. There are sea views from all the front rooms, and breathtaking views across Weymouth Bay to the cliffs beyond, from the top bedroom. Patio doors lead from  the dining room to a decking area for outside dining.

There is one allocated parking space. Cots and high chairs can be provided. and bed linen is included within the price. Please note, no towels will be provided. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

Just a short walk will take you to the famous "Chesil beach" and "the Fleet Lagoon. There are buses that run from Portland to Weymouth every few minutes, which pass along the nearby Portland Road. Or you can take a leisurely stroll along the water's edge to "Sandsfoot Castle" and on to Weymouth following the "Rodwell Trail" which was once the railway line between Weymouth and Portland. The house is in close proximity to local shops and Pubs.
