Bedrooms have recently been redecorated, all having mini fridges and hairdryers, along with TV, tea and coffee making facilities and full central heating. Rooms are accessible at all times with keys provided to come and go as you please. We have two family rooms, three double rooms and one single room available. Family rooms can be let as twin or double rooms as they consist of one double bed and one single bed. All rooms are en suite. Check-in by 6pm each day

Free customer car park. A few minutes walk will take you to the beach, the seafront, the Promenade, Abbey Gardens, the English Riviera, the Conference and Leisure Centre and the swimming pool.

Ashfield is highly recommended with good home cooked food. A full English breakfast served at individual tables in our nautical themed dining room. Breakfast consists of juice, choice of cereals, bacon, egg, sausage, tomato, hash brown, baked beans, toast with tea or coffee. Vegetarians can be catered for
Children's breakfast available. Please advise of any special diets at the time of booking. Once you have had your breakfast you can relax in our guest lounge where digital TV is now available free of charge and books are provided to read.
