All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, fully centrally heated and located on the first floor. Some have four-poster beds for that special romantic occasion. All are equipped with TV, video/DVD players, tea and coffee facilities and hairdryers. En-suite rooms with bath or shower are available. Although small, we have the advantage of 2 residents' lounges and an attractive dining room which leads to our private suntrap garden.

Special breaks available at £50 per weekend per couple, 3 night breaks £75, 4 night breaks £100. This includes full English breakfast and four-poster rooms where available. Offer runs until May, excluding Easter.

Internet access is available. Full English breakfast included. We shall be only too happy to provide easy-to-follow directions and information on any events held during your impending stay. Please note: we are a totally smoke free guest house with NO designated smoking area.

The town centre, with its shopping precinct is within easy walking distance.The park with its pagoda feature, bandstand and boating lake is apopular family attraction throughout the summer months. The miniature railway running from Peasholm Park to Scalby Mills provides scenic transport to the nearby 'Sea-Life Centre'. In the immediate area, there are a selection of eating houses and coffee shops.
