The accomodation was very good value for money and the owners were very hospitable and friendly. The breakfats were excellent and quickly served.
Location
The location was excellent for business, for walkiing to the city centre, and for visiting our son who lives nearby.

Hospitality good, breakfast good, dining room excellent, service very good.
The location of the room was good, being at the back and therefore quiet. The only reason is that the shower could do with a little TLC. Would I book again were I to come to Birmingham, most definitely.

I came specifically to attend the National Open Brass Band Championships and found the Symphony Hall fantastic.

Good. My only drawback was my room was at the front of the Hotel on a main road.
Location
In a good spot for public Transport to the city centre.
