The hosts are fantastic and I was made to feel very special. complete value for the money and would stay at the guest house again.

I really enjoyed staying at the Villa d'oro. The rooms and breakfast were of a very high standard, the beds were very comfortable and the room very clean and inviting. Most of all it was the friendly service which topped it off. The warm atmosphere was noticable as soon as we arrived.The willingness to make us welcome and help with anything was really outstanding.

Location

We looked at the main historical points of interest and the natural beauty spots. The only thing which made it a bit tricky was the lack of regular bus service to the accommodation...but this has nothing to do with Villa d'oro! We are patient people and waited often for 20 mins plus for a connection.

we were very happy with the standard of accommodation. the rooms were lovely, the breakfasts excellent and the hosts were very helpful and polite. thankyou to all for a lovely stay in jersey :-)

we especially enjoyed the visit to Elizabeth Castle but the whole holiday was most enjoyable. there is plenty to see and do and plenty of places to get excellent food.

An extremely pleasant stay due to the very friendly welcome of Victoria and Sara. Nothing was to much trouble and nothing missed as regards to individual needs and wishes. A clean and well equipped room. Lots of information daily on weather, tides, and local events as well as visitor attractions. Any special requests were acted on promptly if not immediately.  Great value for money and well worth every penny.  We will stay at this guest house the next time we visit Jersey.

Location

Any tourist attractions that have historical facts about Jersey are well worth visiting. Start at the Jersey meseum. See the unique Jersey Occupation Tapestry. A visit to Durrell Wildlife Conserevation Trust is also worth a visit.
