My stay at the Adam Guesthouse was wonderful experince. The proprietors Linda and Stevie were so kind and hospitable. Upon arriving, Linda was there to receive me. She was exceptionally kind and welcoming. She provided me with multiple pamphlets and informed me about all the different hikes, tour companies, bus, boat options etc. She provided me with more information than the tourist info. center. My room was cozy, clean and perfectly rustic. I enjoyed coming back to my room after exploring and hiking all day long. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty to eat. More than enough. Both Stevie and Linda made me feel like i was a member of their family and that was the way they treated all their guests. I was thoroughly happy with my stay at this guesthouse. When i return to the Lake District, i will definitely stay at the Adam Guesthouse again and i will recommend it to everyone.
Location
The Adam Guesthouse is located within walking distance to train station, tourist information center, Lake Windemere, restaurants, pubs, Windemere Marina, bus station and more. It is at the end of a beautiful little street. It was pleasant just to walk around the neighborhood.
