Hospitality was outstanding, but I was woken up by my heighbour's switching on the telly very late.

everything we wanted was there....the bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows....tea, coffee,hot chocolate and horlicks were there to drink if reqired......a trouser press was there too.....the staff were very friendly and always available....we had room service the first night because we arrived very late and the meal was well presented and most enjoyable.....we ate in the restaurant the 2nd night and it was excellent....we had a bar meal the third night and that too was excellent.....value for money was brilliant and we wont hesitate to return.....
