Very friendly service and very accommodating. Excellent breakfast good all round choices. Room a good size very clean. I could not fault this accommodation and would and will be recomending it. Also will be going back.
Location
It was about a 10 minute walk to the centre of York. We had a night at the theatre which was around the corner. We also went to the new designer shops which had a park and ride service local bus was very handy.

We found the Brentwood excellent value for the money the room we had was very clean and comfortable there is nothing i would have changed in the room at all the hospitality tray was all ways full the bath room was very cl.ean and clean towels every day. The breakfast was cooked the way you asked for it to be done there was plenty of choice a good selecton of cearal and a good varity of james.I would also like to add that Nattelie and her dad couldnt do enough for us they were very pleasant brilliant people and so were th cleaning staff i would certainly reccomend the brentwood to any one and would be the only place we would stay when e next visit York
Location
We visited York to celabrate our friends 60th birthday we enjoyed the shops the bus tour the river boat ride we also went to Goathland and Whitby by Steam train from Pickering and we also went to Durham so a very busy weekend also i found York tourist information vey helpfull they emailed me with a lot of information so i could arrange things before hand we will return to do the things of interest we didnt get time to do on this occasion

room was clean, good value for money, great location in quiet residential area within walking distance of the town, good breakfast plenty to eat, staff where very friendly and helpful with local knowledge definitely stay here again.

It was lovely--close to the centre of town and to the Rail Station. The breakfast was delicious and our hosts so helpful and friendly.

Very clean and comfortable accomadation tha owners and staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Easy access to town in quiet location. Will definately use again
