The common use areas were quite nice -- breakfast room, sitting room with TV. They also had a computer for guest use of the interenet at no additional charge, and they allowed local phone calls. The breakfast was also good. For these areas they rate quite highly. The room was very basic. Put in a new mattress and I will increase the rating to good.

Excellent value for money - friendly staff - good breakfast - comfortable room - questionable taste in wallpaper - room a little cramped - comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.Comfortable lounge and if weather had been better we could have say outside in courtyard off dining room.
Location
We had an early appointment at Addenbrookes hospital which is just down the road.
