We arrived later than expected and it was nice to see that the staffs were still around and up to welcome us. My daughter e-mailed to check if we have arrived and it was very nice for them to respond very quickly and gave her their number to call in. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
Location
It was close to almost all the venues I wanted to see in London, very convenient.
