the room was lovely and spacious and clean. The owners geoff and gwen went out of their way to make our honeymoon and stay the best they could. No request was too small for them to do for us. I particually enjoyed the cooked breakfasts.

Location

It was all very good, and fairly easy to get to places. Geoff the owner recommened places to go every day and which buses and connecting buses we had to catch. We will certainly be staying at this hotel again.

Value for money. Friendliness and hospitality of the owners, food was fantastic...homemade bread, all fresh produce. clean. Quiet.

Location

Location was wonderful. all tourist attractions within easy drive. we had a wonderful day at Mount St Micheal. Ancient stone circles. Beautiful cliff walks. At the bottom of the hill is a wonderful pub with fantastic meals.

Excellent value for money. Nice quiet room. Food adequate. Nice and clean. If parking is available, excellent for disabled person as good room is available on ground floor with no stairs to climb. If parking is not available, very steep driveway to walk up.

Location

Being Cornwall and near the main road, access to the many local sites very accessible. Hosts helpful in providing information.

The room was very good - a double with plenty of room which for me on my own was a surprise as I anticipated a single room. Value for money again was very good. Both owners were really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

It is a really good location for reaching much of the area within a short space of time.

Most importantly, the hosts were particularly friendly and helpful with advice, suggestions and directions. The room was sufficiently spacious for our needs for just one night. We felt the value was good compared to subsequent stays at b & b's elsewhere in Cornwall at that time of year.

Location

We had wanted to see as much of Cornwall as our schedule would allow. We felt Byways Bed and Breakfast was slightly off our course but it proved delightful and provided some respite from a taxing itinerary complicated by wet weather. Our visit to nearby St Ives was less rewarding due to excessive crowds, parking expense for a minimum period which was far in excess of the time we had at our disposal.
