The hospitality was fantastic, the facilities in the room were ideal - fridge for our baby sons milk! Breakfast was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. An all round fantastic stay.
Location
There was a file in the room which had excellent information about the area and had been researched by the owners.

Absolutely the best B+B that I have ever stayed in. Beautiful large rooms with comfortable king size beds. Lots of room and nice bathrooms. The breakfast was of an incredible standard. Extremely high quality throughout. Thoroughly recommended.
Location
Within easy reach of many of the region's attractions.

Top quality, CD's, DVD's, sherry waiting in the room on arrival. Everything included in the bathroom, complete with low level lighting! Very well organized, clean comfortable and friendly. Breakfasts were cooked to order from a wide choice. One of the best B&B's we have ever stayed at for the price.
Location
We wanted to tour the lake District and thought that this B&B would be a bit distant from the main attractions but it didn't prove to be the case and the advantage to us was that we were away from the crowds (and prices) of the more central tourist attractions. The local pub to the B&B had good food, friendly service and was like stepping back in time to a Georgian era!

Very welcoming hosts and property, well appointed room, relaxed dining area. And the Derby Arms was a bonus on what would already have been a wholly excellent package!
Location
Just stopping off on the way to the Midlands from Scotland. Beech Hill House is obviously very conveniently placed to the M6.

Room beautifully fitted with everything we could possibly have wanted.Sherry on arrival, lovely biscuits daily, tea, coffee, chocolate available. Even sewing things!
Hosts really delightful people, nothing was too much trouble although most needs were already catered for.
Breakfast really good, freshly cooked with local ingredients.
Location
Location very good for the Lakes'Peninsular, South & West Lakes.
We visited: Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall,Grange, Cartmel, Ulverston. Used the Haverthwaite-Lakeside Railway & steamer to Ambleside. Drove to Grizedale Forest Park for excellent walking.
