A comfortable clean room. The owners were very friendly and welcoming bringing us a pot of tea to our room when we arrived.

Nice big room overlooking the garden. A quiet location and very convenient for local amenities. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.

Lea Hurst Hotel is a lovely BnB, conveniently located near the station but also has sufficient parking. Price is reasonable for the place and location. The breakfast is served very promptly and fills you up. We enjoyed the full english breakfast. Our room was decorated nicely. Only difficulty we had was being in a double bed opposed to a king.
Location
We spent one day driving around the coast from Bournemouth to Lymington and then up through the New Forest. We spent the next day driving over to Lulworth Cove. Lulworth Cove was beautiful and plan to spend more time there next time. We got helpful information from the owners about where to go.

Mr. and Mrs. Waister were very welcoming and friendly and looked after us so well. The breakfast was excellent, both in choice and presentation. Our rooms had all the facilities we needed, the bed was comfortable and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. I do not know what other rates are to make a comparison, but I would think it would come under the category of good value for money. We hope to go back and stay at some time and would unreservedly recommend to others. Although we went by train, I am sure the parking facilities would be very welcome to others.
Location
The hotel is situated in a quiet residential road, but is in an excellent location with only about 4 minutes walk to the train station and travel interchange for buses. As OAPs we were very grateful to be able to make use of our bus passes to travel easily to other towns, e.g. Christchurch, Swanage, Wimborne, and to Compton Acres. We thought the bus service was excellent, although had to be careful to watch the early time of the last bus from some places. The whole area has so much to offer by way of beaches and places of interest.

Very friendly owners. Clean room. Breakfast not too early and filling! Central location.

Went to watch Bournemouth Football club Vs Exeter - good fun. Bar at end of the pier is worth a visit.

The room, facilities and breakfast were all very good. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Taken all round, value for money.
Location
Bournemouth is an interesting seaside place.
