The room was clean with it's own en-suite and tea/coffee making facilities and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again although my only comment would be that the room could have done with a bit of updating... but pretty much what you would expect of a bnb!

Excellent hosts, they were very friendly. Food was excellent. The room was very comfortable,but it would have been nice to have clean towels every day.

The B&B is in an excellent position, close to Peasholme park and the North bay Seafront. plenty to do to amuse families.

Good choice at breakfasts well cooked and presented
Good knowledge of the area and gave excellent advice on directions and where to go
Very good hosts

Enjoyed Whitby and its history and the jet stone jewellery
Enjoyed the shopping in Scarborough its beaches and the castle ruins
Enjoyed visits to Filey and Bridlington
Cafes and restaurants went to, supplied good food and friendly service

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, The owners made us feel very welcome and the room was jus right for a family of five .
Location
We went to flamingo land and it was fantastic, we also enjoyed scarborough beaches.
