Located in the centre of  Cowley, which has its own shopping area and is close to the City Centre, we are conveniently situated for the small Tesco and the Nuffield, Churchill and John Radcliffe Hospitals. The house is one of the original red brick Victorian detached houses in the area and has a lot of charm and atmosphere. Prices from: £33 per person per night

Our guest house consists of 6 comfortable bedrooms with a choice of single, double, twin, triple and family rooms. All rooms have their own private shower and WC and are equipped with water filter, tea and coffee making facilities, TV/DVD Player and clock radio with alarm.

All rooms have free fast speed internet access through cable DSL broadband (with own laptop you can access internet through either wire or wireless).We also provide a public PC for guests to check email and surf free fast internet if guests don't have their laptop.

Breakfast is included in our prices. You can choose from our full English breakfast, a lighter continental breakfast or our vegetarian option.

Athena Guest House is also close to the Business Park, Brookes University and within easy reach of Oxford City Centre by car or bus. As well as being a historic university town, Oxford is a very cosmopolitan city with various shops, cafes and pubs. A coach stop to London, or the airports, is within 10 minutes walking distance from the house, and the coach service to London is every 10 minutes. It takes approximately one hour to reach Marble Arch in London and 50 minutes to Heathrow Airport.
