Yew Tree Grange is a listed Georgian period house of exceptional charm and character, standing in mature Victorian gardens within a quiet rural conservation area. The premises are situated in Clifton Village, on the south side of Nottingham, 10 minutes from the City Centre. We are conveniently located for visitors to Nottingham and Nottingham Trent Universities, Trent Bridge, Queens Medical Centre and Donnington Park.

Accommodation includes single, double, twin and family rooms, some having en-suite facilities. There are two guest bathrooms. All rooms have TV, Tea/Coffee making facilities and hairdryers.The whole house is strictly no smoking.

Breakfast is served in one of two oak beamed dining rooms, between 7.30 and 9.00am, offering a comprehensive choice of cooked meals including Full English, Kippers, Kedgeree and Croissant stuffed with Brie and Mushrooms.

Directions: From the M1, turn off at Junction 24 and take A453 to Nottingham. On entering Clifton, turn left into Clifton Village just after the Esso Filling Station. Proceed to the 'T' junction at end of Village Road.
