The apartment block has 3 floors and this penthouse has good views of the area which is only 5 - 10 minutes of travel time from Liverpool City Centre. The lounge/ dining room has a settee and chairs, a dining table with chairs and a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD Player. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath/ shower and Egyptian towelling. The modern kitchen has a washer/ drier, oven, cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron.
