On the ground floor there is a
self-contained 1 bedroomed apartment that sleeps 2 persons. It has a large lounge with a bay window, 1 twin bedroom, kitchen/diner, bathroom/ w.c. with bath and shower. This apartment is heated by gas/electric fires and a storage heater system. Prices from: £160

This apartment has a lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, and separate w.c. There is one large double bedroom, 2 large twin bedded bedrooms, and one single bedroom. Buses run directly from the bottom of the street and the property is easily reached from the main A65 Leeds to Ilkley/Leeds & Bradford Airport Road. Park Mount is a row of stone fronted terrace houses that overlooks the churchyard of St Stevens, and is close to Kirkstall Abbey and its museum. Shops, supermarkets and a fully equipped Leisure Centre with swimming pool, gymnasium, solarium etc, are all within a 5 minutes walk.
