Located in Windermere the heart of the Lake District, this imposing Lakeland stone building was built in the 1850s as a Gentlemen's residence and now offers spacious guest house accommodation. Well positioned to act as a base for your holiday in the beautiful Lake District, the Willowsmere combines hotel sized rooms with a personal and friendly atmosphere. We have 13 bedrooms comprising of king/ twins, 4 posters, doubles and singles. Each large and comfortable room is en suite and is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryers and alarm/clock radios. All of the bedrooms have luxury pocket sprung beds. The ground floor bedroom also offers disabled facilities and a walk in shower. The Willowsmere is a non-smoking guest house.

For breakfast, you can help yourself from our buffet of cereals, fruit and juices while your traditional English Breakfast is cooked to order. Relax in our garden whilst enjoying a drink from the guest house bar.

Large off-road car park which can accommodate boat and glider trailers. Sorry, we cannot accommodate children under 12 years.

All of our guests have free use of leisure facilities at Windermere Manor, a private leisure club facility overlooking Lake Windermere.
