Summer Hill Country House is situated between the popular and picturesque villages of Hawkshead and Coniston. The house, dating back to the 1700's, has been recently refurbished to a very high standard bringing together the traditional features of a large Lakeland residence with contemporary luxury guest accommodation. Prices from: £45 per person per night (10% reduction for a stay 5 nights or more)

We have three double rooms, including one twin room and a superior double bedroom. Each is en-suite and is equipped with a hair-dryer, satellite TV and a state of the art computer with access to the Internet and our own extensive music and DVD library. All rooms have complementary refreshments available. Most rooms are south facing and overlook the substantial garden areas.

A range of breakfast choices are served in the Breakfast room with its feature fireplace. All our food is locally sourced and special dietary needs are catered for. Guests have their own comfortable lounge.
