Elm Tree Lodge Guesthouse is a family run B&B situated in Keswick. We are proud to provide very high quality Bed and Breakfast and are open all year round. Situated in a quiet location within 5 minutes' walk of the town centre of Keswick, the town offers a whole range of attractions including cafes, galleries, museums, shops, restaurants, pubs and a selection of beautiful parks. The guest house comprises of 2 double en suite rooms, a twin en suite room and a double room with a private bathroom. The bathroom features a modern walk in shower with a shower tower that has twin shower heads and two body jets. Our rooms are furnished and equipped to a very high standard, so you can be assured that you will have a very exclusive stay with us. We are a non smoking guest house. For breakfast we use free range eggs and locally bought produce where possible, so that what goes on your plate is, in terms of taste and quality, the finest available. You will not be disappointed.

Elm Tree Lodge is run by Tim Mosedale, a local rock climbing instructor and Everest summiteer. If you are staying you are more than welcome to sign up for a day out on the crags.

Close to Elm Tree Lodge there is the scenic lake of Derwentwater with fabulous views across to the northern fells of the Lake District. Keswick stands at the entrance to the valley of Borrowdale which gives easy access to the northern and central Lakeland fells. There is a range of places to eat out in Keswick and we will be happy to recommend the best venues.
