Located on the edge of both Bowness village, with its many pubs and restaurants, and Lake Windermere itself, which is just a 3 minute walk away, Dene House is less than a mile from Windermere village. We have double rooms and one single room, all individually furnished and decorated to a high standard in a modern and contemporary style. Each has a comfortable bed with quality Egyptian cotton bedding, luxury toiletries and crisp, white cotton towels in the bathroom. All are equipped with a hospitality tray, hair dryer and ironing facilities, TV, radio alarm clock with built-in CD player and, as an added luxury, a wine chiller.

A choice of freshly prepared breakfasts are served from 8:45am until 9:30am in our bright and airy dining room. We cater for most dietary requirements with a light, full or vegetarian breakfast. We use fresh local produce and are supplied with meat products from a local award-winning butcher. To make your stay special, we can arrange for flowers, chocolates or champagne to be waiting in the room for your arrival.

We have our own private car parking facilities. After checking in, we will be pleased to serve you complimentary tea or coffee with biscuits. We have information on the many local bistros and restaurants. Sorry, no facilities for children under 18.
