Ideal for stop-overs to and from Scotland or visiting the Lake District and South Lakes Peninsulas. Easy to find, just off the A590 at Witherslack, 8 minutes from the M6 J36. With 3 spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, all en-suite and with king-size beds one also has an additional single bed for a family while another has a balcony with table and chairs and access to a private part of the garden leading to the drive. All our rooms have views overlooking the gardens and the surrounding countryside.

Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with Freesat, CD/DVD player, Free Wi-Fi, wine cooler/mini fridge, personal safe, hospitality basket, hairdryer and many other ‘home from home' comforts to ensure an enjoyable stay, including a library of CDs, DVDs and books. Being dog owners ourselves we welcome dogs for a small charge.

Parking available and children welcome over 5 years. Village pub with log fires 50 yards along the road who let dogs in, with others just a short drive away. Open all year including Christmas and New Year. Special Winter and Spring rates available.
