Located between Totland Bay and Alum Bay at the western tip of the Isle of Wight, our detached residence is set within its own grounds and provides luxury bed and breakfast accommodation. Surrounded by National Trust Land in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are stunning views from every window. The Tennyson Suite provides guests with two double bedrooms, private bathroom and sitting room with Sky TV (including sports and movies). The Alum Bay Room has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower and Freeview TV. This room also has a sofa bed and could be used as a Family Room. There is also a games room with a full size snooker table, which is available at a small charge for guests' use.

The Breakfast Room is downstairs in the main house and on warm mornings breakfast can be served in the garden if desired. You can take afternoon tea in the Summerhouse. We use local produce wherever possible with our free-range chickens providing your breakfast eggs. All of our breads and preserves are either home or locally made. We can offer substantial evening snacks should you want a quiet night in.

Full off-road parking available. We are a non-smoking establishment. A pick up and drop off at Yarmouth can be arranged.

The Golf House is situated in the beautiful rural countryside of West Wight, providing an ideal location from which to explore this part of our lovely island. The beaches at Freshwater, Totland and Colwell are all a short drive/cycle away. There are a variety of eating establishments within a short driving distance and our local pub which serves good food is only half a mile away.
