Tubbs Mill House is 300 years old and was once the main house to the working mill, the remains of which are situated in the adjoining paddock. The House sits alone at the bottom of the valley bordered by the River Luney and the old mill leat which supplied the water power for the mill. Tubbs Mill Bed and Breakfast offers perfect peace and seclusion far off the beaten track. Although secluded, the house is situated only one mile from the South West Coastal path and spectacular walks can be enjoyed along with equally wonderful inland walks to cater for all tastes. The house has been tastefully restored in keeping with the period. Accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a super king size bed (6 feet wide). Both rooms have countryside views and are very well appointed with Egyptian cotton bedlinen, bathrobes, toiletries, hairdryer and hospitality tray together with a TV, DVD player and radio. Both rooms have large, luxurious en-suites.

There is also an elegant sitting room for guests and a lovely garden where guests can eat breakfast if they so wish. We have a comprehensive menu for breakfast and everything is freshly cooked to order using local and organic produce. Evening meals are by arrangement.

Suppers by arrangement with all food home-made and organic. Sorry, we cannot accommodate children.

Wild life abounds in the area and we are situated close to the Roseland Peninsula and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are just a few miles away as is the World famous Eden Project.
