Located on the edge of the old village of Lanivet, our guest house nestles on the hillside and commands spectacular views over glorious countryside. The lovely gardens also provide a haven for wildlife and birds. Whilst benefitting from this peaceful rural setting, Rosehill is only three miles from restaurants in Bodmin or eight miles from Lostwithiel, the old medieval capital of Cornwall, with its antique and craft shops. This beautiful old farmhouse offers a range of original features, such as a beamed breakfast room with an open fireplace.The centrally heated bedrooms are all en-suite with seating areas, TV, radio clock alarms, courtesy trays, hairdryer and toiletries. All the bedrooms are on the 1st floor overlooking the surrounding countryside. One of our bedrooms comprises of 2 rooms with a dividing door. The lower room has an ensuite shower room with stairs leading to the door of a second room with a queen size bed.

Enjoy your breakfast served each morning in the breakfast room overlooking the lovely garden. Subject to availability we offer a choice of Full English breakfast, fish, melon or a Vegetarian breakfast. Guests are provided with a 'places of interest' information pack.

We also offer self catering accommodation for 4 persons in Rosehill Barn. There is one reserved off-road parking bay for barn occupants and storage for bicycles. We are unable to accommodate children and pets.

Situated in the middle of the Saints Way, the old pilgrimmage route that runs from Padstow on the north coast to Looe on the south coast. The Eden Project is only a 20 minute drive and beyond that, the Lost Gardens of Heligan a further 15 minute drive. Lanhydrock House is only 2 miles away, whilst Trerice, and Pencarrow House are just some of the buildings of historic interest located in this area.
