Situated on the A28 road between the villages of Chilham and Chartham in an area of outstanding natural beauty, our luxurious accommodation has views of the River Stour and is only 3.5 miles from the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. Three rooms are available, two of which are en suite and have super king sized double beds. These rooms can also be set up as twins. The master bedroom has a balcony with views over the River Stour and North Downs Way and the standard room has a double bed and private shower room. All rooms have a hospitality tray, TV, hairdryer and bathrobes are provided. Wireless Internet access.

There is ample off road parking available. We have a swimming pool open from June to September.

Breakfast is served between 7:30-8:45, cater for all tastes. A range of fruits, yogurts, cereals and juices are followed by a full English or continental breakfast. Fresh local produce is used where possible.

You are free to view the horses and walk around the garden to admire the tranquil views of the North Downs Way. There is access to walking, fishing, riding horses, or cycling. Stabling is available for those with horses and if you have bikes, we can store them safely in our garage. Paddocks are also available for camping. Both the villages of Chartham and Chilham have pubs with restaurants.
