Rowland House is an independent bed and breakfast set in a Victorian terrace one block back from the Brighton's famous seafront, just off the Kemptown shopping area. Bedrooms are located on all floors with a mixture of single, double, twin and family rooms. Prices from: £25 per person per night (Minimum stay two nights at weekends.)

All rooms have private shower and washbasin, central heating, TV, radio alarm, courtesy tea and coffee facilities and razor points. There is a W.C. situated on all landings and keys are provided for access at all times without any restrictions whatsoever.

Breakfast consists of a selection of fruit juices, grapefruit, a full English breakfast, kippers, boiled, poached and scrambled eggs, with cereal, tea, coffee, toast and preserves. All freshly prepared and cooked to order. A vegetarian breakfast is also available.
