Welcome to Beynon Guest House, Brighton

Run by Sarah Jane Crawley and Michael Harbinson, Beynon House is a three diamond no-smoking guest house.  It is situated within a quiet Victorian terrace, just a short walking distance from Brighton's shops, attractions and busy nightlife. Prices from: £27.50 per person per night (Minimum stay two nights at weekends.)

We have six letting rooms  All rooms have en suite shower and washbasins, televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. A multiple room with a double and two single beds is available. Our guests praise our excellent breakfasts. There is a choice of Full English or Vegetarian Breakfast. Fresh fruit and yoghurts are available as well as a wide range of spreads and preserves. Evening meals are available on request.

We are open all year round as there is always something happening in Brighton- the City by the Sea! Our guests are able to experience all that central Brighton has to offer and will also enjoy staying in the village atmosphere of Kemp Town with its Regency terraces, 18th and 19th Century cottages, restaurants, cafes, pubs and unusual unique shops. St George's Terrace is located just off the sea-front.
