At the Octavia Guest House we like to think we can cater for everybody's taste and needs. All of our rooms have the following as standard: en suite bathroom and TV with tea and coffee making facilities. We also have ground floor accommodation for the disabled or elderly who find stairs too challenging. We offer smoking and non smoking rooms. Family bedrooms have DVD players. Towels are provided in all rooms.

Guest lounge with TV, DVD player and Free view. Evening meals are available and it is only an extra £9 per adult for a 3 course dinner. Evening meals include: soup and bread, a main dish, including fresh meats and vegetables of the day, and dessert. Vegetarians are also catered for - please give notice if possible.

All meals are cooked fresh everyday using the freshest vegetables and highest quality ingredients. Breakfast includes: orange juice, cereal, full English breakfast, toast (choice of jam and marmalade) with tea and coffee.
