Located 1.1 miles from the city centre of historic Bath,
our family run guest house has 13 refurbished en suite rooms, along with a licensed bar, an outdoor swimming pool
and plenty of private off-street parking. Prices from: £33 per person per night (Minimum stay two nights at weekends.)
Along with our twin and double rooms, we have 2 large family rooms, one accessing the garden. The second family room is a divided suite providing privacy for both parents and children. We also have one single room. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary style with neutral colours, modern lighting, wooden Venetian blinds and bright modern pictures. Our bathrooms have modern white suites and under-floor heating.

The City of Bath has so much to offer, from seeing the sights in this beautiful Georgian town, including the Roman Baths, the Royal Crescent and the New Thermae Bath Spa, to numerous shopping opportunities. We are conveniently situated for the Royal United Hospital and the Bath Spa University. Many of our guests also visit the Jane Austen Centre, the Theatre Royal Bath and the famous Sally Lunn's.
